Eligible returns must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Please note, custom-made items or products marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error. For defective or incorrect products, please alert us within 48 hours of receipt, and we'll cover the return shipping costs. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it, and if it meets our criteria, we'll process your refund or send out the exchanged item, typically within 7 business days.
